Carton cardboard rupture strength tester test operation steps

The carton board cracking strength tester is an internationally-standard Mullen type instrument, which is produced by Kunshan Haida Instrument and is widely used in packaging materials. It is mainly used to measure various paperboards and single-layer and multi-layer corrugated paperboards. It can be used to test the burst strength of non-paper materials such as silk and cotton cloth. As long as the material is put in, automatic detection, automatic test, automatic hydraulic pressure return and automatic calculation, storage of test data, printing, instrument digital display and can automatically print test results and data processing.

First, carton cardboard rupture strength testing machine principle:

1. The cardboard carton rupture strength tester adopts signal transmission pressure and automatically retains the maximum burst strength value when the sample breaks.

2. Place the test piece on the mold, clamp it with the test piece, and then apply pressure evenly so that the sample and the film are free to protrude until the sample ruptures. The maximum hydraulic pressure applied is the burst strength of the test piece.

A, prepare the test piece:

1. Select specimens from the same batch of samples.

2. Use standard cutters and slicing machines to cut out the standard test strips required by your company.

C, carton cardboard rupture strength tester detailed operation instructions: (Do not start the instrument without load)

1. Turn on the power and turn on the power switch. The display turns on the automatic calibration procedure and returns to zero.

2. Check whether there is oil in the glycerin cup and whether the knob screw on the top is tightened. Note: Glycerin to maintain 2/3 of the cup

3, after the inspection, the sample placed in the middle of the pressure plate.

4. Press the Set 0 button once to confirm that the display shows zero.

5. Press the start button at this time, the instrument enters the test, and automatically saves the test value. If there are special circumstances, press the emergency stop button on the right bottom of the instrument to stop the instrument. You can also press the stop button to stop the machine.

6. After the first test is completed, press the memory function OK button to save the first set of test data; after the test is completed, press the memory function key to save the second set of test data; and so on. Twelve sets of test data can be saved. After completion, press the memory function OK key to recall 12 sets of test data and press the print key to print.

7. If there is memory data, to cancel the data, press the zero key for three seconds to perform another group test.
