Clever stickers hot stamping version

Our factory is using a vertical four-half-automatic semi-automatic hot stamping machine. It used to be time-consuming to find regular moments in production. After a long period of time, we have found a simple, time-saving and labor-saving method.

Previously in production, the bronzing version (copper-zinc version) was prepared by gluing kraft paper on both sides of a heated plate, closing the press and waiting until the temperature rose to the desired temperature. . For novices, especially when dealing with large-format paper, the rules are difficult to find, and sometimes the version has to be re-posted, which is both laborious and wasteful.

Now our factory's practice is to first set the rules for the paper to be gilded on the machine. In the part that needs bronzing, the paper is affixed to it with double-sided adhesive tape according to the rules. The kraft paper is affixed to the plate on both sides. A paperboard is added behind the hot paper to increase the pressure, and then the handwheel is pressed together by hand. When the hand feels that the pressure is large enough, when the temperature rises to the required temperature, after the aluminum is installed, , you can directly bronzing, if the rules are slightly inappropriate, you can adjust the rules properly.
