The control panel is the heart of the salt spray corrosion test box. The test steps are set on the control panel. In order to facilitate the user's operation of the test box, the following describes the control panel function description:
Laboratory overtemperature: When the temperature of the studio of the salt spray test chamber exceeds a certain range of the test setting value, this alarm light is on.
Low water level of the cabinet: when the salt spray corrosion test box is short of water during the test, this alarm light is on.
End of test: When the test running time reaches the set value, this light is on (the equipment stops working).
Saturator over-temperature: When the temperature of the saturator exceeds a certain range of the air switch setting value, this alarm light is on.
Laboratory temperature: Displays the actual temperature and set temperature of the laboratory during the test.
Saturator temperature: displays the actual temperature and set temperature of the saturator during the test.
Operation timing: The test time is set in real time. When the test time reaches the set value, the equipment stops running.
Spray / stop spray: This timer is for spray time setting, stop spray time setting, and time unit selection.
Mist discharge: At the end of the test, press this button to expel the salt mist gas from the test box and discharge it through the mist discharge port.
Gap: Press this button, the spray tower will spray intermittently according to the time set by the timer.
Continuous: Press some buttons to spray continuously from the spray tower.
Timing: Press this button to time the total time of the test operation of the equipment.
Power supply: The device is powered on.
