If the high and low temperature test chambers are not humidified or the humidity rises slowly, the reasons are:
1. Check if the humidity OUT on the controller has output, or 100% output;
2. Check if the SSR2 signal light is on. If it is lit, you can measure the current with a clamp meter. If there is no current, there are several reasons:
a. The FQ2 circuit breaker trips and cuts off the heating path;
b. The humidified solid state relay SSR is damaged, and there is signal input but cannot be turned on;
c. The humidification tube is damaged;
2. If the humidity signal on the high and low temperature test chamber controller is input, but the signal indicator on the SSR is not bright, it is necessary to check the water level detection float of the humidifying water tray (or humidifying boiler) to check the float because the water level is not enough. Did not float, or the water level is enough, but the floating ball damage caused no action, from the surface caused the humidification signal to be sent to the SSR without being able to humidify;
3. If there are more than two humidification pipes, check if some of the humidification pipes are not working, resulting in insufficient humidification capacity;
4. The test temperature and humidity point is just at the high humidity and low humidity switching point. If the dehumidification capacity is too large, the humidity will not rise. The situation needs to be promptly fed back to the factory. The factory provides technical support, changes or upgrades the parameters.
If there is any problem in the high and low temperature test chamber, you should immediately find out the cause and solve it. If it can't be solved, please contact the manufacturer.
