Introduce a new method for preservation after PS plate development

The traditional preservation method after the PS plate is developed is to wipe the Arabic resin seal, but this method also has many inconveniences for short live printing. For example, the current business undertaken by our factory is mostly short-lived, ranging from a few hundred prints, and as many as a few thousand prints. Sometimes a class (8 hours) will be changed for 7 or 8 times, and once an average of 1 hour, it will be necessary to change the job and printing plate. Often the glue on the plate is still dry, sticky, or plastic. Dry it, and then wash it off with water.

Later, we changed the method: flush a few pieces of the developed PS plate and put it into a pool filled with clean tap water in order of printing on the machine. There was no plate on the water surface. Use water to isolate the plate from the air to avoid oxidation of the plate in a short time. In addition, in order to prevent the light from infringing on the printing plate, a light shield is also placed over the pool. It is very easy to use when printing, and everything is normal when printing. We used this method to save the printed plates and printed 80,000 impressions. The effect was also good.
