Process design requirements of heavy media separator for coal analysis instruments

Editor's note: The working principle of the coal analyzer is that the air in the working room is heated by the electric heater and forcedly circulated by the fan, and the heat is exchanged uniformly with the heated object in the working area to achieve the purpose of baking or drying. This article mainly introduces the process design requirements of coal analysis instrument heavy medium sorting machine.

1. Simple structure, light weight, few moving parts, reliable operation, good wear resistance, easy operation and maintenance.

2. The external dimensions should be as small as possible, but to ensure that the materials have sufficient sorting time and stratified space in the sorting machine, the amount of processing per unit area should be large.

3. In the sorting machine, the density of all the flotation liquid should be kept uniform to ensure that the materials can be sorted accurately by density in the sorting machine. The moving speed of the moving parts in the sorter should be small to avoid excessive eddy current. The ascending and descending liquid flow speed should not be too large to reduce the effect of material particle size and particle shape on the separation effect.

4. Raw coal can enter the sorting tank smoothly. And can quickly discharge the layered products from the sorting machine, without affecting the processing capacity of the sorting machine due to the untimely discharge of products.

5. The amount of circulating medium should be small. The circulation amount of the suspension refers to the total volume of the suspension entering the sorter every hour.

6. The shape of the sorting tank is conducive to keeping the working suspension moving steadily and avoiding vortex or dead zone.
