The machine can print on the front and back sides of the paper at the same time, or it can print only one side, which is suitable for printing books, magazines, newspapers, etc., and can also perform low-overprint color printing. The maximum width of printing paper is 650×920mm, the minimum width is 393×546mm, and the paper thickness is 0.07-0.2mm. The machine is different from other factory-built double-sided machines in its overall structure. This structure shows the advantages that other double-sided machines cannot match:
1, a reasonable layout. The domestic double-sided machine uses the upper and lower rubber rollers to achieve simultaneous printing of the positive and negative sides of the paper. The double-sided machines made by other manufacturers are all rubber rollers and have grippers, which are bound to take delivery and delivery. Adding a transfer roller to each part can complete the transfer of the paper. The two-sided machine grippers in our factory are installed on the lower blanket cylinder, which eliminates two factors that cause failures, facilitates adjustment, and makes the paper transfer smoothly.
2, light weight, small size, small footprint. Due to the reduction of two transfer rollers and some related parts, the weight of the machine is correspondingly reduced and the volume is reduced. In this way, the investment in the plant will be reduced in the land area, which will bring considerable economic benefits to the printing plant.
3, low prices, high performance and price ratio. From the above characteristics, it is easy to see that due to the structural advantages of the machine, the cost of the machine is reduced, which benefits the user.
4. The paper-feeding mechanism adopts an eccentric swing and swing-type delivery. The feeding tooth row is in an absolutely stationary state when the paper feeding table pulls the paper, and it is at the same speed as the drum when handing over with the drum. The axis of the paper conveying shaft is always at rest. Only after the paper is handed over, the paper delivery eccentric sleeve starts to move. , To ensure that the feed tooth row will not touch the drum surface. This ensures the smooth movement of the machine, accurate handover, and easy adjustment. The delivery cam and the eccentric sleeve lift cam are all conjugated cams to reduce the wear of the cam and reduce the noise of the machine.
5. The main parts are made of high quality materials. Computer-aided design, imported CNC machining, precise design, high manufacturing precision and long service life.
6, the degree of automation of the aircraft. From paper feeding, ink printing, printing to paper delivery, all automation is achieved, and multiple protection devices and paper feed detection devices are set to automatically stop printing when a paper feed failure occurs.
7. The electrical control part is at the leading level in China. The main motor adopts variable frequency adjustment technology and the control part adopts programmable controller. The circuit is simple, safe and reliable.
8, less electricity, paper-saving energy. Due to the reduction of transmission links, the main motor has a low dynamic rate, which achieves the purpose of saving energy and reduces the printing cost for users.
