In order to ensure product quality, the selection of materials in the production process plays a decisive role in the process of printing products. Because different manufacturers' papers have different technical parameters, especially multi-link printing, it is difficult to speculate about the negative effect of using different brands of paper on product quality. On the one hand, if multi-vendor papers are used, it is difficult to identify the problem of non-carbon paper image development after the problem has been solved. On the other hand, the paper cannot be allocated due to the fact that each manufacturer's paper expansion rate is not necessarily the same, and the printed product will be scrapped. Therefore, we must pay special attention to the selection of printed materials. It is best to select one or two manufacturers with relatively reliable quality as long-term partners, which is conducive to the process of adaptation of the two sides to paper.

(2)Environmental control: The requirements for humidity and temperature in the business form printing, especially the high humidity requirements. Usually the temperature should be controlled at 20°C-25°C and the humidity should be controlled at 60%-80%. In the case of production under the conditions of constant temperature and humidity, the finished product should be covered with a plastic bag and immediately accompanied by a page. It cannot be stored for a long time to prevent the temperature and humidity changes caused by the expansion and contraction of the paper and affect the product quality.

Other aspects such as the depth of horizontal ridges, whether or not the perforated paper shards are penetrated, etc. will affect the use of computer printing paper, and must be strictly controlled in the production process.

6, code matching page

In the production of multi-link business forms, code matching is the last step in the production of computer form papers.
