Calibration method of biochemical incubator

This method is suitable for the verification of the electrothermal constant temperature biochemical incubator after use and repair. The newly purchased electrothermal constant temperature biochemical incubator can refer to this method for verification.

1 Overview

The biochemical incubator is a constant temperature device, which is composed of a constant temperature box, a temperature control system and a temperature indicator. It is used to cultivate microorganisms in environmental monitoring to determine the biological oxygen consumption and bacteria in water.

2. Technical requirements

2.1 Appearance

2.1.1 The defect of the appearance of the biochemical incubator during use and repair does not affect the normal work.

2.1.2 The biochemical incubator should have the manufacturer's name, model and factory number, the temperature display is clear, and the knobs are not loose.

2.2 Temperature uniformity

It does not exceed ± 1 ℃ at the experimental temperature.

2.3 Temperature indication error

It does not exceed ± 1 ℃ at the experimental temperature.

2.4 Temperature control sensitivity

It does not exceed ± 3 ℃ at the experimental temperature.

2.5 Insulation resistance

The insulation resistance of the test voltage 500V between the power inlet of the biochemical incubator and the cabinet is not less than 20MΩ.

3. Verification conditions

3.1 The ambient temperature is 10 ~ 30 ℃, and the relative humidity is not more than 85%.

3.2 Power supply 220 ± 22VAC.

3.3 Three mercury thermometers with accuracy of 100 ℃ and 0.2 ℃ (qualified by the measurement department).

3.4 Three 200M1 beakers.

One 3.5 megohmmeter (500V, level 1).

4. Verification items and verification methods

4.1 Appearance

This verification is carried out by visual inspection and manual, and shall meet the requirements of 2.1 of this method.

4.2 Temperature uniformity

Insert the three thermometers into the beaker containing the appropriate amount of water, put them into different places in the biochemical incubator that has been stabilized at the experimental temperature, and read the thermometer indication in the beaker after 5 hours The difference is the temperature uniformity TR.

4.3 Temperature indication error

Read the temperature indication of the biochemical incubator for two consecutive times, and take the average value T, T and the average temperature value T measured by the three thermometers in item 4.2. The difference is the temperature indication error.

4.4 Temperature control sensitivity

The temperature T1 at which the heater stops heating during the temperature control and the temperature T2 at the next heating are measured respectively, and the temperature control sensitivity is: ST = T1-T2.

4.5 Insulation resistance

In the case of no power, use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the power inlet and the negative shell.

5. Verification result processing and verification cycle

5.1 Those who pass the verification and meet the technical requirements of this method are qualified, and the qualified (green) mark shall be affixed, while the unqualified shall be deactivated (red) mark.

5.2 The verification period is one year.
