3. Imposition: Since there is no longer any manual imposition process, all the information required for printing must be completely lined up by the imposition workstation to form an accurate and complete imposition.

Third, digital printing Digital printing includes computer-to-machine direct platemaking technology and computer direct printing technology. Taking Indigo's E-Print 1000 model as an example, the printing part of this machine is similar to a printing unit of a sheet-fed offset printing press, including a plate cylinder, a blanket cylinder and an impression cylinder. Outside the plate cylinder is a special type of photoconductor material. During printing, the plate is scanned by a computer-controlled laser beam, a latent image is formed on the plate, and electronic ink of a corresponding color is then sprayed on the plate cylinder. At this time, the latent image absorbs ink, forms a monochrome image, and completes printing. The principle of multicolor printing is the same. The improved E-Printl000+ features a photo imaging plate that prints once and scans once. After each printing, the previously formed latent image is erased and it is necessary to rescan to form a new latent image. This plate can be reused.
3. Inkjet printing: The use of computer-controlled nozzles to direct ink jet on the substrate, is a non-printer without roller and the traditional printing is completely different printing. For example, the Sai Angel 624 digital printer, through computer control, ejects fine ink dots from nozzles to form images on substrates. The machine has a maximum of 8 nozzles, each nozzle has a printing width of 10.8 cm, a printing speed of 1500 cm/min, and an inkjet resolution of 240×240 dpi.
