Hartness International of the United States launched GlobalFill, a unique double-layer filling machine in the world. GlobalFill has great flexibility. Traditional filling machines only use one layer of filling. GlobalFill has two layers for the filling part, which can be filled with different products or filled with bottles of different sizes. With a diameter of only 2.9 meters, the two-tier filling machine GlobalFill has a diameter reduction of 2.3 meters compared to a conventional filling machine with the same number of filling heads. In terms of speed, GlobalFill is also very advantageous. It can set up to 150 filling heads at a filling speed of up to 1200 bottles/minute (500 ml). The equipment is simple to operate, easy to switch between different products, and low maintenance.
