Start-up test printing, no significant changes, the fault remains.
Using the 40x magnifying glass to carefully compare and analyze the "ink bar" area and other parts of the network, it is found that the shape of the dot has not changed, but the color of the ink is different. Serious analysis of the cause may be caused by water supply problems. So we checked the dampening solution in the water tank and found that the pH of the dampening solution was too high and the alcohol concentration was not enough. So we adjusted the dampening solution in the water tank and adjusted the amount of water in the printing. Start the test and the "ink bar" is eliminated.
