Project needs analysis and objectives

The campus network constructed by this project is a data exchange network based on IP technology. In order to improve reliability, a distributed redundant multi-core structure is adopted. In the planning, each convergence point is connected to at least two core switches. When one core switch in the system fails, the other core switch connected to it will take over its switching tasks and make structural redundancy.

Specific implementation of core equipment solutions

The core switching equipment is composed of an Annet core switch SwitchBlade4008 carrier-class multi-layer backbone switch and three aggregation switches SwtichBlade4004, Claymore9812T, RapierG6. Multiple Gigabit port aggregation links are used between the core switch and the aggregation switch.
