This clock is worthy of fine detail for its enamel craftsmanship . The four sides of the base are fired enamel paintings on gold-plated copper, and the theme is the garden landscape that Chinese people love. The other parts are blue enamel, painted with different patterns of flowers, and the dial ring is inlaid with pearls.

An extremely precious gold-plated brass enamel bird cage clock, with a pair of songbirds in the cage, they will sound the hour and quarter clock. Although I couldn't hear the sound of the cage bell bird on the day, I heard the guide introduce the origin of the bell:
It turned out that as early as 235 years ago, with the development of foreign trade, this cage clock was dedicated to Qianlong as a treasure. Emperor Qianlong, who has always been very fond of Western exotic treasures, is very happy, and named this Western artisan brand-Jacques de Roche.
"Ya" and "Germany" are the words that Qianlong particularly likes, and "Luo" comes from the royal surname "Aixinjueluo".
