2. Bidding scope, implementation content and construction period:
2.1 Bidding scope:

2.3 Construction period: completed within 90 days after the contract is signed.
3. The bidder must meet the following conditions at the same time:
(1) The bidder shall have the professional contractor level and above of the building decoration and decoration engineering or the general contracting level and above qualification of the construction project;
(2) The bidder has similar renovation project performance in the past three years (January 1, 2015-present) (subject to contract or user certification);
(3) This project does not accept tenders from bidding consortia.
4.
