3. The cover also needs to be glued, but according to the process requirements, there should be no glue in the three traces on the spine, and it can not be glued to the spine of the inner page of the book. Its main function is to open the book after the book is formed. An irregular trapezoidal hole can be opened at the spine. The function of this hole can fully open the four pages of the cover of the book. The size of the hole should be determined by the thickness of the book. Too large or too small will affect the reading effect of the book. Every step in the production process must be operated carefully, and a little negligence may affect the quality. In order to effectively prevent the spine of the cover and the spine of the inner pages from being glued together, before gluing, a sponge can be attached to the lower part of the paper feeding platen of the gluing machine close to the roller, which can effectively prevent the glue from being uploaded. The glue-free part should be slightly wider than the width of the three trace lines. At the same time, positioning rules should be placed on the paper feeding table to ensure that the cover jam can be perpendicular to the roller axis during the glue coating process.
4. After applying glue on the back, lay it flat on the table, align the divided inner core with the cover line and the bottom rule, and fold up the line with the right hand to wrap the cover tightly. When folding the Laos mark line, the force should be even, so that the entire mark line is turned straight, and the corners of the mark are scraped to make the edges and corners clear. , To be fully dried.
