Problems to be aware of in production

Please pay attention to the following issues when UV-coated products are coated.

(1) In the case of partial UV coating, the screen printing method is used because the thickness of the ink layer can reach 30 to 100 um, and the thickness of the ink layer to be printed at once can reach 20 μm. It is used for local glazing. The surface of the produced product has a three-dimensional appearance, a clearer layer, and high precision. Gravure, offset, and flexographic printing are less effective than they are.

(2) Reasonably control the surface tension of the film material and varnish, so that the two are combined firmly.

(3) The thickness of the varnish coating should be uniform.

(4) In the screen printing process, the overprinting should be accurate, and the general overprinting error should be less than 1mm, otherwise the light oil squeegee is easy to produce large deviations from the already printed and coated graphic and can not reach the prominent local effect. .

(5) Control the curing speed and curing temperature of UV varnish. Curing speed is generally 100-300m/min, curing temperature is generally about 20 ~ C.

(6) The screen printing gloss coating amount generally reaches 4 days/m2 to form a three-dimensional glossy effect.
