In self-adhesive label printing, the label is often peeled off by paper-edge waste during die-cutting, waste-discharging processing, and in particular, some small-area labels cause the labels to be empty.

What should I do if the label is stuck after the die cut?

1. From the design of the label, the area of ​​the label should be appropriately increased, the shape of the label should not be too complicated, and a reasonable arrangement of labels should be adopted;

2. Properly reduce the temperature of the adhesive material storage room and the printing shop, prevent the viscosity of the adhesive material on the surface of the self-adhesive material from decreasing, or use the adhesive material with a larger viscosity to print;

(3) Replacing a die-cutting plate with a long cutting blade with a blunt blade or bonding a sponge piece between a die-cut plate and a blade;

4. Through the method of die-cutting the bottom plate, the pressure of the die plate is adjusted so that the pressure of the die plate is even and the depth of the die-cut creasing is consistent;

5. Accelerate the speed of die-cutting.
