Antibacterial cigarette paper developed successfully in Yunnan

After two years of efforts, Yunnan Hongta Group Technology Center and Yuxi Shuisong Paper Factory adopted the newly developed broad-spectrum antibacterial agents and natural antibiotics extracted from traditional Chinese herbal medicines to successfully develop “antimicrobial tipping papers” and prevent diseases in Yunnan Province. The Control Center and the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention have detected that the antibacterial tipping papers have reached 99% or more against the E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
