SR710 Infrared detection of thin coating material with reflective surface

The SR710's special reflective probes are specifically designed to measure thick, light-sensitive substrates coated with thin strips. Coatings of less than 50 mg/m2 can also be measured with lubricants through lacquer coatings or other multi-coats of only 20 gsm. The main applications include castable coatings, lacquer coatings and wax coatings in cans. The SR710 can detect multiple data and can analyze multiple layers of coated structures when different chemical compositions are detected.

Its ultra-high speed (detected once every 7.5 milliseconds) is the ideal tool for high-speed detection of WEB products, whether or not there are fixed-point measurements in the scanning range or on high-speed WEBS production lines. The design of this probe eliminates the effects of light like other measuring instruments and provides highly accurate measurements.
