The whole machine can be divided into feeding rack mechanism, whole paper structure and delivery table mechanism and electrical control system.

The paper feed mechanism consists of two parts. The first one is the conveyor belt. This part adopts variable frequency speed control and is suitable for different printing speeds. The other part is an air blowing device. When the paper is separated from the belt, the air flow blows out of the air blowing tube, holds the paper and moves it forward for a certain distance, and then the airflow is shut off, and the paper drops to the delivery table. The entire paper section adopts a pneumatic paper-trimming mechanism. Pneumatic structure works with low noise, stable and reliable operation, and easy adjustment of cylinder position adjustment, suitable for different sizes of paper or printed matter.

(Note: This machine is not equipped with air compressor, cylinder working pressure is 0.4 MPa). The lifting and lowering of the delivery table is driven by the electromagnetic brake motor and 4 synchronous moving chains, which can accurately stop at the required height and at the same time ensure the delivery table level. The electrical control part adopts PLC program control, convenient operation, safety and reliability.
