6. What is your price term?
We can offer you EXW, FOB, C&F, CIF and DDP price options, we are highly skilled to help you find the economical and practical way.  
 
7. What is your payment term?
Generally, before start production we charge 30%-50% as the down payment, the balance will be paid after you receive inspection report and approve of the finished products.
 
7. What is the lead time?
If the products are with factory standard specification, the lead time is around 2-3 weeks. Customized items will take more time. And all the production period will be much longer during high season, but we will keep you informed timely. 

8. What is your warranty?
Usually one year after shipment against manufacturing defect, but our furniture can be used for more than 8 or 10 years when properly maintained. 

9. Do you offer shipping service?
As above-mentioned, we offer you optional price terms. So excluding to be a reliable products supplier, we also provide you shipping service. After the order confirmed, we will check with Customs and shipping company to find the best way to ship the goods from factory to your port, your warehouse or your house, we are experienced in the whole process.
