3, to further improve the adhesion. The adhesiveness of any mirror ink is higher than ever before. The stable adhesion can also be demonstrated in areas with stricter specifications.

4, with superior version stability. Compared with MIR-8000, the slow-drying solvent is used, so there is no eye blockage, and the volatilization on the plate is very small, and it is possible to print thin lines and characters smoothly.

Several additives that change the mirror silver properties of MIR-9100:

1. To use the "MIR-9001 brightness suppressor" to blur the mirror, add 0 to 30% to adjust the mirror effect.

2. To improve the adhesion, you can use "MIR-9000 Low Viscosity Colorless Ink" and add 0 to 30% to improve the adhesion. However, care must be taken to reduce the mirror brightness gradually as the amount added increases.

3, in order to improve the coverage can be added "MS-90 defoamer" 2%, improve the penetration of the ink to improve the hiding power. Or add 5 to 10% of "MIR-9000 Low Viscosity Colorless Ink". If you combine these two methods, the effect will be better.

4. If you want to print on materials that are not easily bonded, you can add "106 hardeners" (1%). This method is effective for hard-bonding materials such as acrylic hardened materials on the surface.

5, To clearly and beautifully print transparent (hollowed) text, thin lines can be added "MS-90 defoamer" 2%. If you add "MIR-9000 low viscosity colorless ink" 5~10% can also be solved.

About the basic properties of MIR-9100 mirror silver ink:

Adhesion: Cross-dotted with cellophane tape (NITIBAN24mm cellophane tape) 100/100 pass

Water resistance: no abnormalities when soaked in water at 25°C for 24 hours

Hot water resistance: no abnormalities when soaked in hot water at 60°C for 24 hours

Resistance to heat and humidity: 192 hours at 60°C and 90% RH without exception

Heat resistance: No abnormality when placed at 80°C for 168 hours

Cold resistance: no abnormalities at -20°C for 168 hours

Oil resistance: After soaking in gear oil at 20°C for 1 hour, wipe the oil off at room temperature and observe no abnormality in appearance.

Perspiration resistance: wipe the artificial sweat with a gauze on the coating film for 2 to 3 times, and then wipe the sweat for 2 minutes at room temperature. Observe no abnormality in appearance.

Alcohol resistance: Wipe with ethanol on the coating film with 2 to 3 wipes, then wipe it at room temperature for 30 minutes, and observe that there is no abnormality in appearance.

Gasoline resistance: Use a gauze dipped in gasoline to wipe the coating on the membrane for 2 to 3 times, and wipe it at room temperature for 30 minutes. Observe no abnormality in appearance.

Weather resistance: 1000 hours with weather resistance tester, no abnormality with light meter for 1000 hours

Printing material: PC 0.5t

Printing Screen: T-270 mesh

Drying conditions: 80°C for 30 minutes

Capping ink: MIB-911 black +240 hardener 10%
