Abstract: The composite fastness of the jelly cup cover film is an important factor affecting the shelf life of the jelly and the convenience of eating. Therefore, the detection of the composite strength of the jelly cup cover film should be strengthened. In this paper, Labthink XLW (EC) intelligent electronic tensile testing machine is used to test the peeling strength of plastic composite film for jelly cup sealing, and the test process, test principle and equipment parameters are introduced, which is used for enterprise monitoring. The composite fastness of the film material provides a reference.

Meaning

Jelly is a kind of dessert for people to enjoy. In order to maintain the good taste and flavor of the jelly, the package is generally made of plastic cup or aluminum-plastic composite film bag, which can ensure the good barrier performance and sealing performance of the jelly product package. The jelly in the plastic cup is usually sealed with a plastic composite film material as a cover film. If the composite fastness between the single film of the cover film is low, that is, the peel strength between the individual single films is low, and the cover film is uncovered. The position where the damage occurs is not between the cover film and the cup body, but appears between the single film of the cover film itself, which not only causes inconvenience to the consumer, but also tends to cause delamination of the cover film to cause the product. 3. Testing standards

This paper is based on the standard GB 8808-1988 "soft composite plastic material peeling test method".

4. Test equipment

In this paper, the XLW (EC) intelligent electronic tensile testing machine independently developed by Jinan Languang Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. is used to detect the peel strength of the composite film of the cover film.

4.1 Principle of the test

The fixture of the device is divided into upper and lower two, the upper clamp can be moved according to the preset speed, and the lower clamp remains fixed. During the test, the two ends of the sample are clamped in the upper and lower clamps respectively. With the movement of the upper clamp, the sample is peeled, stretched or torn, and the force and displacement changes caused by the change of the sample. The force value sensor and the displacement sensor respectively placed on the moving chuck are respectively monitored, and according to the monitoring result, the peeling strength, the breaking force and the deformation rate of the sample are calculated.

4.2 Scope of application

(1) This equipment is specialized in plastic film, composite materials, flexible packaging materials, plastic hoses, adhesives, adhesive tapes, stickers, medical patches, release papers, protective films, composite covers, metal Stripping, stretching, deformation, tearing, heat sealing, bonding, puncture force, opening force, low-speed unwinding force, peeling force, etc. of foil, separator, back sheet material, non-woven fabric, rubber, paper, etc. The test, such as the tearing force of the oral liquid cover, the puncture/pullout force, the puncture force of the infusion bag cover, the puncture/pull force of the soft rubber bottle stopper.

(2) This equipment meets a number of national and international standards, such as GB 8808, GB/T 1040.1 ~ GB/T1040.4, GB/T 1040.5, GB/T 4850, GB/T 12914, YBB00132002, ISO 37, ASTM E4 , ASTM D882, JIS P8113, QB/T 2358, QB/T 1130, and the like.

4.3 Equipment parameters

The test specifications of the equipment are 50 N, 500 N, and the customer can choose according to the needs of the test.

The test accuracy of the device is better than 0.5, which ensures the accuracy of the test data.

The device supports the pull and press bidirectional test mode. There are seven test speeds for the user to set freely in the pull and press directions, respectively 50 mm/min, 100 mm/min, 150 mm/min, 200 mm/min, 250. Mm/min, 300 mm/min, 500 mm/min.

The machine integrates eight independent test procedures, such as stripping, stretching, tearing, and heat sealing, providing users with a choice of test items.

This equipment adopts the pneumatic sample clamping mode to prevent the sample from slipping and ensure the accuracy of the test data.

5. Test process

(1) Cut 5 strips each with a width of 15 mm and a length of 200 mm along the transverse and longitudinal directions of the sample.

(2) Each strip is manually stripped 50 mm in advance.

(3) The two ends of the sample stripping portion are respectively clamped in the upper and lower jigs of the device, and the longitudinal axis of the sample stripping portion coincides with the center line of the upper and lower jigs.

(4) Set the parameter information such as test speed and sample width, click the test option, and the test starts.

(5) The equipment automatically detects the change in the force value during the test, and calculates and displays the final peel strength value of the sample based on the detected data.

6. Test results

The transverse peel strengths of the samples tested in this paper were 1.56 N/15 mm, 1.45 N/15 mm, 1.78 N/15 mm, 1.47 N/15 mm, and 1.61 N/15 mm, respectively. The longitudinal peel strengths were 1.89 N/15 mm and 1.93 N, respectively. /15mm, 2.16 N/15mm, 2.12 N/15mm, 1.93 N/15mm.

7. Conclusion
