Paper pulping multi-stage separator

The paper pulping multi-stage separator mainly includes a cloth pre-pressing section, a pressure filtering section, a dilution replacement section, and a unloading washing network section. After detaching from the filter in the unloading and washing section, the upper filter is provided with a squeegee at the lower part of the translation section before turning, and the first set is arranged at the position corresponding to the first spraying water pipe under the upper filter. The water tank is provided with a second spray water pipe at a position after the lower filter is turned, and a second water collecting tank is provided at a position corresponding to the second spray water pipe under the lower filter. This multi-stage separator has a small amount of water and a high black liquor extraction rate, resulting in a significant reduction in overall black liquor extraction and sewage treatment costs.
