Flat cash register: jump screen

(1) The power socket of the three-pin plug is used to supply power to the cash register;
(2) Separate power from inductive equipment (such as induction cooker, electric oven, rice cooker, etc.), independent power supply;
(3) Use a relatively long linear power supply block to intervene if a conditional filter power supply is used.
(4) Use the more stable Android software package or version of the packet printer (check if the version sequence used is 20151027).
(5) Customers who use the second-generation machine base need to check the ground or return to the factory for upgrade optimization.
(6) The first time you use the tablet, you need to charge the battery.


Flat cash register: no response at boot

After receiving the machine, the security button does not reflect. Plug-in power does not reflect (1) If it is RK tablet, set the power button to see if the light next to the reset button is blue. If there is no indicator of any light, you need to plug in the power supply to see if the color of the light changes to red. Most of the time when the machine cannot be turned on is because it is required to be fully charged for a long time during the transportation process or when the factory power is low (protection board). The tablet that is used for the first time needs to be fully charged. If it still doesn't work, you need to hold down the power button and poke the reset hole until the screen is lit.
(2) If it is a mewsmy tablet, plug it directly into the power supply and press the power button after charging for a long time.
Other tablets can mimic the last two ways to boot.
(3) Try not to charge less than 20% of the battery.


Flat cash register: unable to connect to the printer

(1) After the automatic search, you need to check the name of the printer that is currently used by the printer. If not, you need to clearly run the data in the background (because it will be tested before leaving the factory), under the automatic search.
(2) After connecting, observe whether it is charging. If it is charging, check if it is the wire that the original factory is equipped with. If it is not charging, unplug the OTG cable. Or the line is broken.
(3) Printer cover problem, check the printer status, such as whether the light is blinking, etc.
(4) Network port printer problem, if the network port printer can not connect to the printer, you need to check the IP address (turn off the printer power, press and hold the paper exit button, then turn on the printer power). Then change the IP in the advanced settings of the WLAN in the settings.
(5) Check if the data line used is the line that the manufacturer has equipped. The normal data line can only be charged and cannot be printed.

Flat cash register: can not charge problem

(1) Check if the power supply is normal. If it is a second-generation machine, check if the power light on the base printer is long. If not, check if the power supply or the base is burnt.
(2) If the line is plugged in, check the interface (whether the line or tablet interface has foreign objects).
(3) Check if the tablet boot screen used is the money LOGO?
