Requirements: The sample should be able to withstand the temperature change test specified in the following (test method) for a total of 10 cycles. After the test, the sample should meet the requirements of 5.1 of SJ/T11326 and work.
Test equipment:
1. Any point in the working space of the high and low temperature alternating test chamber shall be able to perform temperature conversion from low temperature to high temperature or high temperature to low temperature at the temperature change rate required for the test, and maintain the humidity required for the test;
2. The absolute humidity of the atmosphere in the test chamber does not exceed 20g/m3 (equivalent to 50% relative temperature at 35 °C)
3. During the constant temperature of the test chamber, the temperature of the test chamber wall during the high temperature and low temperature period shall not exceed 3% and 8% of the box temperature specified in the test. This requirement applies to the entire test tank wall, and there should be no heating and cooling parts in the sample that do not meet this requirement. The air in the test chamber should be circulated, and the measured wind speed near the sample should be no less than 2m/s. ;
4. The sample between the mounting piece and the support frame should have a low thermal conductivity to insulate the mounting frame and the support frame from the sample.
experiment method:
1. The sample should be placed in the test chamber with the ambient temperature of the laboratory in the state of not being packaged, not energized, or in the normal working position;
2. The temperature in the high and low temperature alternating test chamber drops to -10 ± 3 °C at a cooling rate of 1 ± 0.2 ° C / min;
3. After the test chamber reaches the temperature stability, the temperature is constant for 3 hours;
4. The temperature in the test chamber is raised to 40 ± 2 ° C at a heating rate of 1 ± 0.2 ° C / min;
5. After the test chamber reaches the temperature stability, the temperature is constant for 3 hours;
6. The temperature in the test chamber is lowered to the ambient temperature value of the test objectively at a temperature drop rate of 1±0.2°C/min;
7, the above constitutes a cycle, followed by 10 cycles;
8. Before the sample is taken out of the test chamber, the temperature should be stable at the ambient temperature of the test chamber;
9. Take the sample out of the high and low temperature alternating test chamber, check it according to the requirements of 5.2 of SJ/T11326 standard, and energize it.
