Common faults and elimination of offset press

Offset presses often encounter failures in the actual production and printing process, causing losses to the enterprise. If you understand the following common faults and troubleshooting methods for offset presses, you can respond in a timely manner when the offset press fails, and improve efficiency for printing production.

Prints are rotten, bite, wrinkle

Reasons: â‘  Too many paper claws are inserted into the gap of the paper feeding board, and they collide with the edge of the paper that has not been released at the bottom dead center;

â‘¡ The previous rule gave way late or not enough, and smashed the edge of the paper held by the paper tooth;

â‘¢ Swing the paper hand to kick the paper;

â‘£The swinging paper tooth interferes with the impression cylinder, or the gripper is not flat, and the height of the two ends varies;

⑤ The platen of the impression roller gritted the teeth;

â‘¥The side rule is improper to pull the paper, and it is easy to wrinkle when the paper is very thin;

⑦ The ambient temperature is high, or the paper is damp due to improper storage;

Exclude: â‘ Adjust the front regulation paper limit screw, and insert the paper blocking claw into the paperboard gap lmm (depending on the need of the bite, to not touch the paper edge placed at the end of the paper transfer clamp);

â‘¡ Repair the front surface to give way to the worn surface of the cam or the surface of the lever to keep the bite of the oscillating feeder about 3mm;

â‘¢ Correctly adjust the height of the cardboard, so that the board surface at the junction is coherent with the working surface of the dental pad, or about 0.5-lmm slightly higher than the surface of the dental pad;

â‘£Adjust the two fine adjustment screws on the delivery frame, so that it is about lmm away from the impression cylinder, and the bite is suitable;

⑤A. Repair the working surface of the roller open tooth cam; B. If the delivery of the roller is improper (generally the bite is large at this time), pull out the paper delivery tooth swing control cam positioning pin on the shaft diameter of the impression cylinder, and check whether there is Bending or breaking traces, loosen the tightening bolts, and return the control cam to the first position in a counterclockwise direction; C. If the roller bite is small, you only need to move the control cam clockwise, and then tighten the positioning; It has been adjusted and tightened before leaving the factory. Generally, it cannot be easily adjusted. Only when the machine is overhauled or other methods do not work for troubleshooting, then consider adjusting.

â‘¥Adjust the side gauge carefully to make the thin paper pass smoothly;

⑦ Dry the paper back to reduce the ambient humidity.

Can't pick up the printed sheet

Reasons: â‘  When the receiving teeth and the roller teeth are handed over, the overlapping bite time is too short, or there is no overlapping time at all, causing the paper to lose control and fall off instantly;

â‘¡ The position of the paper-collecting teeth is ahead of the roller, so that there is too little paper-feeding and the vibration will come off;

â‘¢The fatigue failure or weakening of the compression spring makes the bite force of the collection teeth lessen, or improperly adjusts the teeth, so that some of the teeth can not hold the paper or not tightly and fall off;

â‘£ The front rule is out of tune, the roller teeth bite less, and the delivery teeth bite less;

⑤Chain wear makes the chain link become longer, or the transmission sprocket and gear wear seriously, or due to the wear and tear of the receiving shaft seat hole and the wear of each row is uneven, resulting in unequal delivery conveyor step, namely The distance between the adjacent two rows of gnash rows is unequal, and the position of the transfer with the roller is unstable, which causes the paper to fail, and even interferes with the roller to damage the machine;

Exclude: â‘ Adjust or repair the working surface of the worn chain paper receiving cam so that there is an appropriate overlap (common) biting time: â‘¡Adjust or replace the compression spring to keep the bite force of each tooth uniform and appropriate;
