When the product requires thick ink layers and thick lines, the corresponding film should be thicker. In general, the thickness of the film which is most advantageous for ink transfer is: wire thickness + 6 μm to 8 μm. The film thickness can be measured by a film thickness meter.

Release property refers to the ease with which the plate is removed from the screen of the plate. After the plate making fails or the printing task is completed, in order to regenerate the screen, demolding is required. The demoulding operation should be simple, economical, and the screen damage is small.
