Production Method:

If the viscosity is too high, the mixing time can be appropriately extended until it reaches the requirements and then sent to the unit for use.

The above adhesive is suitable for double-sided gluing machine for cardboard lines, suitable for speeds between 60m-150m. The adhesive viscosity of one-sided machine should be controlled between 35s and 40s. The high viscosity affects the speed, the viscosity is too low, and the cardboard is poorly adhered. In the binder production process = must pay attention to stirring time and stirrer speed, generally should not exceed 25 minutes, the mother liquor stirring speed 260 rpm / min-300 rev / min, the main stirring speed 200 rpm / min-260 rpm / min good. Remember that the amount of mother liquor should not exceed 1/3 of the amount of the main body glue, otherwise it will affect the speed and product quality.
