When the splicer needs to pick up paper, reduce the splicing speed of the splicer without reducing the speed of the entire line to ensure the success rate of splicing and reduce paper breakage. Doing a good job in the speed control of the paper receiving process can improve the efficiency, ensure the average speed of the tile line production, improve the quality of the cardboard, and reduce the labor intensity of the workers. Generally, the tile line installed with the production management software (ERP) has the speed control function of the paper receiving process.
2. Synchronous speed control
Synchronous speed control, also known as automatic cruise control, is the coordination and automatic matching of wet and cadre equipment speeds. Wet end control monitors the speed of each machine, including the speed of the dryer and the amount of paper piled in the flyover, and automatically matches the speed of the paste machine and the single-sided machine to ensure the uniform speed of the entire line. When the speed of the cadre changing orders is controlled, the wet end should be matched with it at the same time, and the amount of paper piled in the overpass should be strictly controlled. When the amount of paper piled in the overpass is too high, the paperboard is prone to warp and wrinkle, which affects the quality of the paperboard. The synchronous speed control is good, and at the same time, it can reduce human misoperation and reduce the labor intensity of workers. Generally, the tile line with production management software (ERP) installed also has synchronous speed control function.
3. Synchronized order change control
Synchronized order change control, including overpass stacking volume control and metering and synchronous paper receiving control. Wet end control monitors and calculates the length of the wet end order change and accurately measures the amount of paper piled in the flyover, and performs the paper exchange order or synchronous paper exchange order to ensure the accuracy of the order exchange and reduce the loss of overproduction or underproduction of such orders .
Most and few are losses. A few need to make up the number, which will reduce efficiency and increase labor intensity; most will affect the consistency of the paper orders placed. So, how to ensure the accuracy of the exchange order? We all know that the distance from the cross-cutting machine to each paper receiving point is fixed and unchanged. The only changes are the accuracy of the stacking amount of the flyover, the accuracy of the different sizes of the preheating cylinder wrap angle, and the accuracy of the paper amount of the different positions of the paper receiving roller.
1. The current measurement method of the amount of paper accumulated on the overpass:
①Photoelectric measurement, the speed and the size of the pit paper wave will affect the measurement accuracy, the error is 2–3m;
â‘¡Inkjet or water spray measurement is more accurate, with an error of about 0.5m; but inkjet measurement is easy to block the nozzle and spray water is better.

3. The position of the paper receiving roller is calculated by adding an encoder to calculate the length of paper storage at different positions of the paper receiving roller.
Generally, the watt lines with production management software (ERP) installed have synchronous order change control functions, but many factories do not use this function well, and operators do not like to use it. The main reason is that the operation results are not accurate enough. You need to find the reason from the amount of paper accumulated in the overpass, the angle of the preheating cylinder, and the position of the free wheel of the paper receiver.
4. Management and control of the residual paper roll
After use, the base paper will form a small residual roll. Small rolls formed from base paper after on-site use are generally placed on the side of the cardboard line, which is convenient for on-site operators to use. However, the use of small paper rolls will increase the labor of the on-site operators, resulting in the loss of the use process and the chaos of the original paper warehouse management, the increased frequency of on-site paper tapes, and the confusion of paper management, which will increase production costs.
In traditional enterprises, the stub can't be accurately managed. After the base paper is used, the production staff does not know how many meters of the remaining base paper are, and the planners cannot know the number of remaining rolls, which results in a large number of remaining rolls being stored in the warehouse. Therefore, most traditional enterprises use on-site management to force on-site use or carry paper.
Management of residual rolls of raw paper, that is, feedback of the weight, length, and specifications of raw rolls. Intelligent residual roll management can automatically calculate the number of meters of each roll of paper through the device, and at the same time monitor the number of meters used in the paper and the remaining meters in real time during the production process. When the base paper is taken off the shelf, a label is automatically printed, and the label shows the remaining length of the base paper and the weight, diameter, and other data, so that the use of base paper is under real control.
In this way, it is more convenient to arrange orders, and the generation of small residual rolls is greatly reduced; at the same time, the residual rolls are preferentially used when making orders. The use of small residual rolls is also more reasonable, and the actual utilization rate of base paper will be more accurate.
