Ensuring the stability and accuracy of the printing pressure during the printing process is the key to ensuring normal printing. 1. The rigidity requirements of the printing cylinder. The most effective way to increase the stiffness of the offset printing cylinder is to increase the diameter of the barrel and increase the size of the equipment. It is worth noting that in order to facilitate the installation of the gripper, the rubber shaft and the plate holder, the printing cylinder should be designed to be notched, which affects the dynamic stiffness and accuracy of the printing cylinder.


2. Precision request for the printing cylinder. The scale accuracy of the printing cylinder in the offset printing machine is usually controlled at 6 levels, and the cylindricity error is usually requested within ±0.01 mm, and only the middle of the barrel is allowed to be small, ensuring uniformity of printing pressure.


3. Raw materials and heat treatment of the printing cylinder. The raw material for the printing cylinder is usually gray cast iron, and the best raw material is ductile iron. If the strength of the outer surface of the printing cylinder of the offset printing press is insufficient, the appearance will collapse after rolling, which is commonly called "collapsed", which will cause uneven printing pressure. At the same time, the printing cylinder in the offset press is also heat treated to ensure long-term use without deformation.
