According to reports, the packing box was jointly developed by Wu Huachun, Chang Jianhao and Zhao Jingze team of Wuhan University of Technology. The outer shell is made of environmentally-friendly PP plastic, and an inflatable cushion made of TPU material is built in. The airbag realizes constant-pressure inflation under the assistance of the constant-pressure charge suction device, so that the airbag can fully fit with the goods, achieve the best buffer effect, and better protect the goods from being damaged during transportation.

This new type of express box is shaped like a storage box. When it is not opened, it is like a rectangular plastic plate. After opening, just place the airbag in the courier box and put the items that need to be delivered into the container. Then use the constant pressure inflatable equipment. The airbag is inflated so that the airbag and the article fit well and the lid is closed. An express item is packaged.

Wu Huachun said: “The recyclable inflatable courier box can be recycled for 5-8 years. The most critical is environmental protection, which can effectively solve the low circulation rate of traditional express packaging such as cartons, foam fillings, bubble cushions, tapes and courier bags. Serious pollution problems have good energy saving and emission reduction benefits.
