1. The shapes in Illustrator strokes are saved in EPS format after custom imprinting is defined. If user-defined imprinting is selected when using Founder RIP, the post-RIP imprinting will not work.
2. The two options of user-defined imprinting and black version not hollowing in Founder RIP can not work at the same time. It is recommended to set all possible imprinting settings in the file in advance.
3. Large area gradation or darker gradation layout, try to use Founder RIP or MetaDimension RIP output, Brisque RIP in the 70% ~ 100% range of outlets are prone to ladders.
4. Layouts with light backgrounds, such as C10% and Y30%, may have large net flowers (moire) after being output with Brisque RIP, but using Founder RIP or MetaDimension RIP output is better.
5. Jobs exported using MetaDimension RIP sometimes have the same angle of the network line, and most of them occur on multi-page PageMaker files or when the files are impositioned. Therefore, MetaDimension can be upgraded to version 2.6.004 or higher during installation to avoid similar problems.
6. After the CorelDraw file is output with MetaDimension RIP, white lines often appear, and the graphics can be exported as a bitmap in CorelDraw (the film should be carefully checked) or output using Founder RIP and Brisque RIP.
7. If the PDF file has any text other than Chinese and English, it is recommended to choose color separation PS output. Directly outputting texts other than Chinese and English in PDF files will cause word loss, so PDF is best to use MetaDimension RIP and Brisque RIP output.
8. When exporting with MetaDimension RIP and Brisque RIP, do not use Chinese file names for spot colors, otherwise sometimes spot colors will not be exposed.
9. When the Illustrator file contains dot gradients, do not use Brisque RIP output, otherwise there will be discoloration, and it is not easy to detect. For example, the red gradient will lose the yellow net, but it is difficult to see in the preview. The best solution is to use the Founder RIP output, but if the flat screen gradient is too complicated, there will be local discoloration and color loss.
10. Some customers will make the file very large, and the output will be very different when using different RIP. PS2 will be faster than PS3, Founder will be faster than Brisque. In addition, PSM is also a good choice. PSM has great advantages when interpreting files with many vector images (only for EPS files).
11. In the Illustrator file, if there is a gradient color bar pressed on other color blocks, and the gradient bar is selected for the overprint option, it should be printed separately; if saved as EPS or composite printing, PSM, Founder RIP should be used, or Brisque RIP, PS2 mode should be used when using Brisque RIP.
12. In CorelDraw, the outline attribute in the graphics attribute should not be selected as "according to the image scale" (referred to as "the outline scales with the image" in CorelDraw 9.0), otherwise the outline deformation will occur when interpreting on Brisque RIP.
13. When Brisque interprets a high-precision grayscale image, it will reduce the accuracy of the image. The solution is to improve the accuracy of ct or use Founder RIP or MetaDimension RIP instead.
