Hardware installation is the most important step after the printer introduces CTP equipment, but it is often overlooked by engineers and printers.

When there is a problem with excessive use of the equipment and then repair, the fault is often much larger than the small problems that have occurred before. The shortcomings of maintenance mainly have the following aspects.

(1) Failure to maintain according to the standard cycle, oil and dust directly cause machine failure.

(2) Failure to replace the corresponding consumables as required, resulting in blockage of the pipeline and water in the laser head, resulting in heavy losses.

(3) If the incorrect maintenance method or improper selection is used, the machine will not start. For example, if a user in the north causes the filter of the dryer to fail in winter and the pipe is frozen, the gas supply is abnormal and the machine fails to start.

(4) The machine parameters and corresponding firmware are not set according to the corresponding maintenance standards, and the PC upgrade connected with CTP fails.

(5) The version of the process software is too low, which makes it impossible to cooperate with the current design software. The lack of pictures, small words, and special transparent layers cannot be published.

(6) The machine has a small problem and does not use the correct method to deal with it, so that the small problem slowly becomes an irreparable big problem.

(7) If the server memory or hard disk fails, you need to press F1 or F2 key, and do not process it in time, resulting in the system becoming very slow.

(8) Incorrect hardware installation, resulting in high current or stop current impact on parts, motors, and drives. Parts with long service life should be greatly shortened due to improper installation.

Short board six: workshop environment control

(1) In order to ensure the highest quality output, the whole CTP system must be placed in a clean prepress area. If it is necessary to install in the printing workshop, the area needs to be a closed workshop. The operating environment is: temperature 17 ~ 30 ° C, working temperature 20±2°C; humidity 20%~70%, working humidity 50±10%.

(2) The floor must be level and do not have strong vibrations. If there is a heavy locomotive next to the machine, it may cause floor vibration. The floor level error should not exceed 6.35 mm. Therefore, when the floor is slightly uneven, the four feet of the equipment must be adjusted to make the CTP at an optimal level.

(3) The main power supply of the output device and the main power supply of the vacuum cleaner workstation must use the same AC power supply. If necessary, increase the UPS device to ensure that the ground voltages of all branch circuits are the same. The supply voltage fluctuation range of CTP is 6% to 10%. If it is out of range, it is necessary to increase the regulated power supply and install an independent and stable two-way air switch.

(4) The total power of the device is about 2600W, 600W in standby mode and 1100W in imaging. The power consumption of the whole machine is not large, so do not switch the machine frequently.
