Ink giant giant Sun Chemical recently launched a series of new packaging printing inks called Tactile. This ink can bring a unique feeling to the packaged product through touch, and at the same time can enhance the attraction for sports drinks and other products in practical applications.
Barry Ferne, business development manager at Sun Chemicals UK Packaging, said: “Sun Chemicals has always been committed to the development of advanced ink products to bring vivid colors to prints, which has made it stand out among many similar products. With the increasingly fierce competition, In order to attract consumers' attention, we must produce new value-added products."
It is understood that Sunchem has also collaborated with the Keating Group to develop a gravure system that can accept coarse-grained pigments, making Tactile inks more suitable for printing.
